1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Instly Scout you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The service
Instly Scout provides automated audits that estimate how understandable and trustworthy a website is to AI answer engines and search systems. Reports, scores, and benchmarks are informational estimates and do not guarantee any particular ranking, citation, or commercial outcome.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to violate any law or the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Do not resell or white-label the service except under a plan that expressly permits it.
5. Authorised scanning
You may only submit URLs for websites that you own or are otherwise authorised to audit. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to scan any site you submit, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from unauthorised scans.
6. Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes do not affect the current paid term.
7. Intellectual property
The service, including its software, models, and branding, is owned by Instly Scout and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service and the reports it generates for your own business purposes. Reports about your site are yours to use.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-visibility scores are estimates based on the evidence available at scan time and may not reflect how any specific AI system behaves.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instly Scout will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
